Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Hydro Excavation Equipment: Use high-pressure water and vacuum systems to safely expose underground utilities and pipelines.
• Ensure Job Site Preparation & Safety: Set up job sites according to company and client safety standards, including proper equipment positioning and PPE usage.
• Maintain Equipment: Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, conduct routine maintenance, and report any malfunctions to the maintenance team.
• Comply with Safety Regulations: Follow all safety protocols, conduct site hazard assessments, and attend regular safety meetings.
• Handle Materials Responsibly: Assist in the proper collection, handling, and disposal of waste materials while ensuring environmental compliance.
• Work as a Team Player: Collaborate with project managers and crew members to complete jobs efficiently and safely.

Work Environment:

Listed below are key points regarding environmental demands and work environment of the job.

• The position involves lifting (up to 50 - 75 pounds), pushing, pulling, and bending (Note: The level of physical effort may vary from site to site and in some cases be greater or lesser than documented here.)
• Required to be exposed to physical occupational risks (such as cuts, burns, exposure to toxic chemicals, etc) rarely.
• Required to be exposed to physical environment which involves dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes or similar elements most of the work day;
• Normal setting for this job is: outdoors and/or driving a vehicle.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Class B CDL License 
• Experience – we will train if necessary, in hydro excavation
• Physical Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and work in various environments
• Strong Commitment to Safety and compliance with regulations
• Ability to Pass criminal and MVR backgrounds as well as drug screen

Compensation:  Production based-pay.
