About this role: This role will oversee Project Managers, Estimators, and Back Office Personnel, ensuring efficient project execution, accurate cost estimation, and streamlined administrative processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in construction or electrical contracting, and the ability to drive performance across multiple teams.
Salary Range: $150,000 – $180,000, based on experience
What You Will Do
Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Estimators, and administrative staff in the West Region.
Oversee project planning, execution, and financial performance to ensure quality, safety, and profitability.
Review and approve project estimates, budgets, and schedules.
Collaborate with senior leadership to set regional goals and performance benchmarks.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Analyze business operations and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
What You Will Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of progressive leadership experience in construction, electrical contracting, or a related industry.
Proven ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations.
Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
