Position Title:      Administrative Support – Estimating

Summary:

When PAR set out to offer its electrical construction services, we knew we wanted to become the most trusted contractor of choice in the electrical industry. For us, that means offering clients the most knowledgeable crews - outfitted with the best tools and equipment made by the best manufacturers - and completing each project economically, efficiently, and safely. We are currently looking for an Administrative Support for our Estimating team. 

Responsibilities may include:

• Manage estimating schedules, calls, emails and inquiries. 
• Support estimators with pre-bids, last day for questions, and other dates. 
• Clean up Salesforce data, pending bids, update experience lists,etc. 
• Perpare reporst and presentations. 
• Other clerical duties as assigned. 

Must demonstrate the following abilities:

• 2+ years of administrative experience. 
• Attention to detail
• Excellent organization and time management skills. 
• Profiency with Microsoft packages (word, excel, powerpoint, etc)

The hourly rate for this position generally ranges between $17.50 - 19.50. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law.
