About this Role

PJ Helicopters is seeking experienced candidates for MRO technician positions working in our component overhaul and repair facility.

What You'll Do

Our MRO technicians perform component level repair and overhaul in support of our operational fleet as well as customers worldwide. This position is full-time at our Northern California base.  Rotational work may be available depending on background and/or experience.  Candidates with prior component overhaul or repair experience on UH60 or CH47, will be given preference.

What You'll Bring

If you are interested in joining the PJ Helicopters team as an MRO Technician, you will need to possess the following:

 

  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant license.
  • Knowledge of FARs – 91, 133, 135, and 145 a plus. Knowledge, experience, and training in any of the following platforms is preferred: Bell 407, Sikorsky UH-60, Boeing CH47.
  • Strong Mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability and/or willingness to work days, nights, weekends, scheduled days off, and on-call during busy periods. Some travel required.
  • Pre-employment drug-screening required, as well as ongoing random testing.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic team setting while maintaining good working relationships with staff, peers, and management.
  • Full-time local to Northern California highly preferred.

Compensation Range

The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $28.00/Hr. - USD $45.00/Hr. depending on experience and qualifications.
