About this Role

Probst Electric is hiring a Recruiting Specialist to support our continued growth. As the Recruiting Specialist, you will screen qualified applicants for positions ranging from field operations to executive staff. You will communicate with potential applicants by phone, email, or in-person assessing potential applicants for their relevant knowledge, experience, training, and skills.

The Recruiting Specialist is part of the Human Resources Team reporting to the Human Resources Director, and will work with the HR Team, Sr. Recruiter and hiring managers to ensure recruitment-related goals are met.

What You'll Do

  • Recruit skilled and experienced candidates for all levels within the organization, with a focus on field staffing needs for projects across the US.
  • Manage candidates through the entire recruiting process using our ATS (iCIMS)
  • Sourcing candidates through various areas.
  • Working with hiring managers to support their staffing needs
  • Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers
  • Conducting phone screens and in-person interviews 
  • General administrative functions as they relate to recruiting 
  • Supporting initiatives to create marketing collateral as it relates to recruiting, brand awareness, and relationship-building

What You'll Bring

  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.
  • Recruiting experience required, recruiting both office professional and field craft positions strongly preferred 
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking software, iCIMS experience preferred 
  • Must be able to work autonomously in a high-volume environment 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Willingness to travel short-term to recruiting events 
  • Ability to generate creative and effective solutions for the challenges of recruiting in today’s market 
  • Willingness to learn why we’re passionate about the electric energy industry, and inspire that same passion in potential candidates 
  • Must pass mandatory drug and alcohol screening(s)
