About this Role

The Project Coordinator/Scheduler at IFS InfraSource is responsible for providing support to the operations and/or project team(s) as it relates to gathering, evaluating, and interpreting information. Reviews and prepares documents in support of work project schedules, permits, proposals, reports and assists Operations Manager as needed.

What You'll Do

  • Assist the Area Manager/Field Supervision with collection of information needed to ensure accurate project progress reports, billing, and customer information
  • Attend meetings as necessary and distribute appropriate data to Area/Field Management
  • Assist in gathering, evaluating and interpreting proposal data, blueprints, specifications, collection of historical data and related documents
  • Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
  • Assist and participate in accounting and/or project audits and lessons learned
  • Review/verify project revenue
  • Gather/organize paperwork
  • Crew project schedules
  • Contractor Log/Change Log
  • Permits/permit trackers
  • Subcontractor schedules
  • Restoration Requests
  • Progress Trackers
  • Project assignment
  • Relight schedule
  • Material Requisitions
  • Monthly Forecasts
  • Ability to travel and additional duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

  • Excellent Computer, and Stakeholder Management Skills
  • Excellent Software Skills including, excel, project, access, word and ability to learn advanced programs
  • Excellent Communications, Interpersonal and Customer Relations Skills
  • Degree or Certificate in Engineering, Project Management, or related industry experience
  • Natural gas experience preferred
